World Addresses have just returned from Cloudforce in Munich, Germany, where we met up with customers and business partners, but unfortunately we had just missed the Oktoberfest! Luckily though, we still managed to take in some of the local culture alongside our meetings.
We attended the Cloudforce event at the International Congress Centre and learnt of the rapidly evolving market in Germany and other countries in Europe for both CRM platforms such as Salesforce, but also the myriad of associated applications that can integrate with them. World Addresses provides a superb means of integrating address lookup / capture for internal processes like Customer Management, and we have recently launched specific plugins for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics CRM’s.
Discussions were also had with our partners and prospective resellers who are helping to develop our address management services in central Europe and beyond. We finished the trip with a visit to a fabulous Bavarian restaurant where we got an opportunity to sample some of the world famous beer from this region.
World Addresses are working on further applications that will help integrate our web services into other platforms such as those for eCommerce, the details of which will follow in the new year.
