How does it work?
Our UK address cleaning service works by validating and correcting your address records, as well as de-duplicating your data where required. It’s simple; you send us your addresses, we cleanse them and then return them back to you.

How do I get my data to you?
We accept address data in most formats, including spread sheets, text files and databases. You can send your data to us either through the post using a courier or upload it directly to our secure file transfer server.
How long does the cleansing process take?
The process typically takes a couple of days. We agree a timescale with you at the start and keep you updated as we progress.
What do I get back?
We provide you with a file containing the cleansed address elements, alongside your original address elements.
For each address, we’ll indicate whether it was passed with no changes, updated with corrections or not matched at all. If you prefer, we can output the addresses into more than one file in combinations of your choosing. You might want to have all the updated addresses in one file, and the un-matched ones in another.
As well as cleaning each address, we can also add on extra information. For instance, you can add an Ordnance Survey 1m grid reference to each address, a country name or text of your own choice.
